HIGHGRADE, Australasia’s weekly mining e-magazine, has entered into a joint venture with Mining Business Media, run by experienced mining and industry journalists John Feary and Mark Mentiplay, to market and promote MBM’s international mining news service.

Feary, a journalist with more than 45 years’ experience, was co-founder and managing director of Australian specialist publisher Regal Focus before rising to managing editor of listed mining and construction sector publisher Aspermont. He has edited a range of specialist publications including Contractor Magazine, the Australian Gold Bulletin and Oil & Gas Gazette.

Mentiplay has held senior mining journalist positions on the West Australian and Business News as well as writing for major national and international mining publications. He was principal for many years of the specialist mining sector consultancy Corporate Strategy.

Under the JV arrangement, HighGrade will work collaboratively with MBM to deliver a high-quality, global daily mining news service that will complement HighGrade’s core focus on indepth, weekly content delivery.

With the combined resources and experience of MBM and HighGrade, readers are guaranteed to receive breaking exploration, project, mining and financial news that is comprehensive, insightful and reliable.
